Scottish Highlands Creeking – October 27–31 Hosted by Progressive Kayaking | Facilitated by Fluid Flow Experience five days of expert-led kayaking in the breathtaking Scottish Highlands. This turnkey adventure is designed for confident whitewater paddlers looking to push their skills on some of the UK's finest steep creeks — with zero hassle. Trip Overview 📍 Location: Fort William, Scottish Highlands 📅 Dates: October 27th–31st 💶 Total Cost: €925 💳 Payment Options: Secure your spot with an initial deposit. Flexible payment plans available — spread the remaining cost over 3 or 5 installments within 6 months prior to departure. What’s Included Everything is taken care of (except food and drinks): ✅ Return ferry (Belfast → Cairnryan) ✅ All transport from Belfast port and back ✅ Comfortable accommodation in Fort William ✅ 4 days of river kayaking: - 2 days on the River Moriston - 2 days on the River Etive ✅ Expert coaching and river safety guidance ✅ High-quality video analysis and personalized feedback ✅ Pro action shots from the week ✅ Post-trip skill development plan The Experience You'll be based in Fort William, nestled in the heart of the Highlands — with access to local shops, bars, and restaurants. The main feature river is the Moriston, a dam-fed, pool-drop style river with reliable flows and challenging features ideal for developing steep creek technique. The Etive, known for its granite slides and tight lines, adds contrast and variety. Skill Level & Requirements This trip is suitable for Level 4 paddlers with: A reliable whitewater roll Confidence on Grade 3–4 rivers Appropriate personal gear (L4 standard, including rated BA, helmet, and full safety kit per Canoeing Ireland requirements) Schedule Departure – Monday, Oct 27 Meet Belfast Port: 07:30 Ferry departs: 09:50 Arrive Fort William: 14:30 On the Water Tuesday & Wednesday: River Moriston (09:00–17:00) Thursday: River Etive (09:00–17:00) Friday: Morning session on River Etive (08:00–12:00) Return – Friday, Oct 31 Depart Fort William: 14:00 Ferry from Cairnryan: 19:30 Arrive in Belfast: 21:45 Limited Spaces Available This is an intimate coaching experience — only 4 spots available. To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. Our experiences are subject to weather and river conditions, if we feel either is going to adversely affect the experience or make it unsafe we will be in contact to reschedule. For a session to run we need a minimum of 4 participants
