SERVICES

Full non refundable payment must accompany each booking online.

For group bespoke training 50% must be paid in advance with balance payable on day of training.

Bookings are accepted and confirmed in writing by email / SMS / Whatsapp

All customers wishing to partake in water sports must be able to swim​

All customers wishing to partake in our activities and courses do so in the knowledge that a certain basic level of fitness is required and that it is up to the participants themselves to inform the company of any relevant illness or medical conditions that they might have.

Fluid flow reserves the right to alter programmes at short notice due to inclement weather conditions, non satisfactory numbers participating etc. In this case will offer alternative arrangements.

Activities have an element of danger. Participants must be aware of the risks before entering activities and agree to this knowledge.

  • All participants must agree to be bound by the safety regulations and in particular, hereby agree:

    • To wear safety clothing, headgear and footwear when taking part

    • To follow all instructions meticulously

    • Not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

For kayak specific skills training sessions participants must provide their own equipment and bring with them certified boats and equipment as laid out in Canoeing Irelands minimum requirements. All equipment must be well maintained and fit for the purpose intended by design and suited for the course intended. Buoyancy aids for river trip training must be as a minimum kayak river running specific, rescue vests are ideal but not essential, Race or freestyle buoyancy aids are not acceptable except for freestyle training specific sessions. Fluid flow reserves the right to cancel participation without re-imbursement if the minimum equipment requirements are not met by the participant

The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of all equipment issued for use during the activity/course. With the exception of fair wear and tear the Fluid Flow reserves the right to charge for equipment that has been lost or misused.

Bookings are accepted on the basis that no responsibility is accepted by Fluid Flow, its proprietors or instructors for any injury, damage or loss to a client’s property or person however caused.

Group organisers responsibility: For group bookings we ask that the entire group is made aware of the booking conditions and each persons consent (parents consent for minors under age of 18) is given prior to activities.

Any customer under the age of 18 years must have the explicit permission of his/her parent or guardian before being able to take part in any activity/course offered by the company. The parent or guardian need to be aware and accept the risks involved in adventure activities and satisfy themselves accordingly

All customers automatically agree to the use of pictures and posts on Fluid Flows website and social media channels unless expressly conveyed that permission is withdrawn to a member of the Fluid Flow team​

Full completion of booking details, read and accepted the booking conditions and have made online payment in full. I agree to submit final numbers 7 days prior to booking and any outstanding balance is payable on the day of training.

PRODUCT CARE

Fluid flow as a retailer will work directly with the product manufacturer in the event of any guarantee claim.

Boats, Boards and Equipment come with a standard 1 year manufacturers guarantee, valid from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is essential in the case of any guarantee claim.

Used boats and equipment do not carry any guarantee and are sold as seen, it is the buyers responsibility to be satisfied fully with the product(s) at the point of purchase

Guarantee covers product for defects in the material or craftmanship, there is no guarantee against breakage in any way. Guarantee must be notified to Fluid flow within one week of occurrence.

In order to process claims it may be necessary for customers to return the product to Fluid flow for investigation with the manufacturer. The cost of returning is the customers responsibility.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return.
