Dynamic movement: Generating speed, maintaining momentum and moving your boat with purpose Power generartion & Transfer: Connecting leg drive, torso rotation and paddle mechanics to create effective boat movement Positive blade pressure: Loading the blade, maintaining connection with the water and making every stroke count Boat control: Efficient boat movement where making the lone becomes a thoght process instead of engaging just raw strength, efficiency wins over muscle every time River features: Unlock the ability to harness the river and its power. Surf, Spin, Boof, Flare, Splat & Grind river features, make the river your skate park Line choice & decision making: Reading the water, Making informed decisions, Understanding the impacts of uncouncious bias and sound judgement & decision making. Linking movements into planned lines, visualisation & mental rehearsal. The day will contain technical drills, repeated practice, reflection and group discussions, indivdual feedback and time to practice and lock in the learnings. The absolute aim is to help you understand what you're doing, why it works and make it more consistent Prior to the day a Whatsapp community group will be created and a Survey google doc will be shared so we can fully understand everyones current paddling level and what outcomess they are looking from the day. This enablles us to structure the day to suit individuals in a group format
