Cancellation Policy
Bookings are taken on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Once the deposit is paid, payment plans can be arranged to suit either group or individual needs. Deposits and first payments are non‑refundable. The full balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the trip. If a cancellation occurs within 6 weeks of departure, the balance remains non-refundable unless a replacement paddler is found.
