Service Description

Requirements for attending a RSR 2 assessment: Participants must hold a level 2 skills in either canoe or kayak to attend an RSR2 course. Must be a Canoeing Ireland member. The RSR 2 aims to enable candidates to: 1. Understand the appropriate equipment for Grade II whitewater 2. Develop an understanding of Safe kayaking Practices on Grade II whitewater 3. Execute self-rescue on Grade II whitewater 4. Rescue of others in Grade II whitewater 5.
