Service Description

Do you want to progress your white water kayak skills, we have a series of development days that focus on dynamic techniques to improve your personal paddling, safety awareness and group management. Prior to the day a pre survey will establish your current paddling ability, lay out your goals and progression ambitions, the day will be tailored to address the survey ambitions. We will address hard skills and soft skills such as confidence & self belief, combating fear, peer pressure navigation and strategies for group dynamics. Suitable for paddlers age 12+ participants must have access to Whitewater approved boats and equipment, if you have any queries regarding suitability please drop us a PM or email sales@fluidflow.ie
